Growing up in a family of five, I tried to get out of as many chores as possible. I would always give a task to my younger brother or sister telling them mom told them to do it. Which of course, she told ME to do. If that didn't work, and they saw through my lies...I would shout the typical, "Just a second mom"....then NOT do it.OK, so I'm not saying this was the wisest of choices, but i still did it.
The 1 second belt buckle is for all those kids who ever told there mom, "yeah, just a second," so they could go and finish what was more important in that moment.

I can remember the first time I ever wore a belt buckle. In all honesty I did not even know how to put a belt buckle on. After my pride had been bruised, I came to an understanding how why people love belt buckles.
Here are some reasons: 1. Belt buckles are the perfect accessory to draw the "OOOHHS"and "AAAAHHHS" from friends, family, and of course strangers, which you may or may not want to be looking. 2. Personally, this is one of my favorite belt buckles that FOSTER WELD makes. The Buckle itself is hand crafted metal, with sweet random designs. The swift angles edged into the buckle, seem to draw the eye in and get lost. Isn't that what true bliss is, getting lost in happiness, or Ecstasy where you can't tell right side up from down. We can bike or jog to the TOE PATH which runs through Indianapolis and connects you to downtown, Broadripple and the MONON trail. You can drive downtown WITH traffic in 7 minutes, 10 minutes with a snow storm. You can drive to Broadripple in 7 minutes. Did I mention that we border Illinois st. that has Million dollar homes? We are surrounded in all directions with WONDERFUL neighbors that are social and take great care of their lawns and homes. There are a few local city parks that you can walk to in about 5 minutes, one of those has a water park for kiddos.

We usually take our family snowboard trip around the holidays, but we held off a couple of months this year. We will be in Colorado for the next 2 weeks enjoying ourselves, seeing some old friends and family and coming up with some killer ideas for more cool belt buckles, custom belt buckles, leather belts and wrist cuffs.
Since we have had little babies in our house for the past 3 years, I have seen plenty of RISING SUNs. Even better than a rising sun is a sunset in Tucson Arizona. My wife and I went to college in Tucson and would enjoy just about every evening watching the sun set behind the mountains, snuggling on a jagged rock at Gates Pass. Good stuff folks.
